Individual event page
Include the problem the session addresses, what participants will learn, the session outline, presenter biography, practical requirements, included resources and cancellation terms.
Avoid long generic introductions. Teachers should understand the value of the session within the first screen.
Past events and recordings
Keep a separate area for available recordings and selected past-event summaries. Do not leave expired registration buttons active or list recordings that are no longer accessible.
Event updates
Offer a simple email sign-up for UK event announcements, with separate consent and clear frequency. Ask for role and main area of interest only if the information will be used.
