Teacher membership
Questions about individual access, the free trial, lessons, downloads or payment can be directed through the teacher enquiry option. Existing members should include the email address used for their account.
Schools and trusts
Schools can ask about whole-school access, pricing, curriculum planning, implementation, mixed-age classes or multi-academy trust arrangements. Include the number of classes or schools where possible.
Intervention
Use the intervention option for questions about diagnostics, sprints, staff access, implementation or purchasing intervention separately from the main school membership.
CPD and events
Tell us the topic, audience, preferred format and approximate number of participants. For on-site work, include the school location.
Technical support
Existing users should first visit the Help Centre for login, download and navigation guidance. If the issue remains, include the account email, browser, device and a clear description of what happened. Do not send pupil information through the general form.

Expected response
Add a realistic response-time statement based on the support team’s capacity. Avoid promising same-day replies if coverage across UK and Australian time zones cannot be maintained.
A friendly team photograph or portrait of the person most likely to respond to enquiries. Keep this image secondary to the contact form.
